Access to Lily Pad AI products is granted through account credentials created during onboarding. Your account is personal to you and should not be shared with unauthorized parties.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time — including if a subscription lapses, if these terms are violated, or at our sole discretion. When access is deactivated, use of the service is immediately revoked.
Lily Pad AI is a paid monthly service. Pricing is communicated during your onboarding and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Lily Pad AI — including your business information, photos, financial documents, and approved posts.
By using the service, you grant Lily Pad AI a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating the service — including generating posts, sending email reminders, analyzing documents, and publishing content to your connected accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you use through our service:
Lily Pad AI integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Stripe, and Square. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to interact with those platforms on your behalf in accordance with their terms.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Lily Pad AI complies with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable for any account suspension, restriction, or penalty imposed by a third-party platform.
Our use of Meta platform data complies with Meta's Platform Terms.
Content generated by Lily Pad AI — including social media posts and financial document analysis — is created using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we make no guarantees about the performance, engagement, or completeness of AI-generated output.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is published or acted upon. We recommend reviewing every post or analysis to ensure it accurately represents your business.
You agree not to use Lily Pad AI to:
We aim to keep Lily Pad AI available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily Pad AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or damage to your brand reputation.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
Either party may end the service relationship at any time:
Upon termination, your access to the service ends. We will retain your data for up to 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it may be deleted.
