We provide a growing suite of AI-powered products designed to help small business owners manage, grow, and operate their businesses more efficiently — including social media content tools, financial tracking, and more to come.

Our platform is accessible at lilypadai.co, with individual products available at app.lilypadai.co and finance.lilypadai.co.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Lily Pad AI, we collect the following information:

• Your name and email address (entered during account setup)
• Business information you provide (business name, description, target audience)
• Social media content you create and approve within the app
• Photos and media you upload for use in your posts
• Your posting schedule and platform preferences
• Financial documents and data you upload to the Financial Dashboard (invoices, receipts, bank statements)
• Your social media account credentials and access tokens (when you connect Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms)

We do not collect payment information directly — payments are handled by third-party processors.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate AI-written social media posts tailored to your business
• Analyze and categorize financial documents to update your dashboard metrics
• Send scheduled email reminders with your post content and photos
• Publish posts directly to your connected social media accounts
• Remember your profile settings and preferences across sessions
• Improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content
• Communicate with you about your account or service updates

We never use your content to train AI models for other clients, and we never share your business information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Social Media Platform Integrations

Lily Pad AI integrates with social media platforms to publish content on your behalf, including:

• Instagram and Facebook (via Meta Graph API)
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• X (formerly Twitter)

When you connect a social media account, you grant Lily Pad AI permission to publish content to that account. We access only the permissions necessary to post content — we do not access your direct messages, followers, or any other account data beyond what is needed to publish posts.

You can revoke access to any connected account at any time through your social media platform's settings or by contacting us directly.

Our use of data obtained through Meta's APIs complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use the following third-party services to operate Lily Pad AI:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Your account credentials, business profile, media uploads, and financial data are stored securely in Supabase infrastructure.
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment for all Lily Pad AI products
• Resend — email delivery for scheduled post reminders and account notifications
• Anthropic — AI content generation (Claude API). Text prompts are sent to generate post suggestions and analyze financial documents. No Meta platform data is shared with Anthropic.

Each of these services maintains their own privacy and security standards. Social media access tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest) only for as long as your connection to that platform is active. When you disconnect a platform or close your account, your access tokens are immediately and permanently deleted, and we attempt to revoke them at the platform level.

Your business profile and financial data persist across devices through your Supabase-backed account. Media files uploaded for publishing are stored temporarily and deleted after a successful post.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the third-party service providers listed above that are necessary to operate the platform
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• With your explicit consent

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke access to your connected social media accounts at any time
• Opt out of email reminders at any time

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Lily Pad AI uses browser cookies and local storage to remember your preferences — including your theme choice (light or dark mode) and your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Lily Pad AI is intended for use by businesses and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
